A Brief History of Altrusa in Battle Creek
Battle Creek Altrusans have been serving our community since 1922. In 1998, Altrusan and local historian Amy South wrote a definitive "History of Altrusa International, Inc. of Battle Creek and the Altrusa Day Nursery," with the help of Anna Winger, Arah Talbot, Kathy Rhoades, and Vicki VanAmeyden.
